GIA-003 Project Management Essentials 

3 days

The training programme is designed to organise and manage both people and resources in order to meet targets, optimise efficiency, guarantee quality of work and implement time management and productivity systems. Participants will understand key project management themes, including people and business management and budgets; and applying these skills at workplace effectively.
